I think the item didn't fit

The yellowish color and weight are different from the regular 14k gold item. I have asked to exchange one with the right quality for the price and I will return a positive refund if they fix the issue.

  • I bought this necklace as a gift for my son and it broke after 2 days! The quality is terrible.

Beautiful in so many ways that words cannot describe.

This is a one-of-a-kind eye-catching piece, absolutely beautiful and worth every penny I paid for it. I will probably wear it for the rest of my life.

Breaks easily: my review

Broken (not even at the clasp) after snagging on clothing. cheap product. Don't waste your dollars, looks good but may not last even a few months.

Flimsy - my new review

It was a LATE Christmas present (waiting at the cross). my husband only wore this for a month. it broke this morning! Eye-catching design!

Low quality! in my rating

My husband wore this necklace twice before it fell apart. Unfortunately I gave it to him for his 10th birthday. it was really nice. but beautiful, how beautiful, and it was a terrible quality. I'm glad I sent it back in time! Revain took it back and they gave me a credit to my account.

Nice! -- my new rating

I love this chain! It also came earlier than I was told. I have 2.5mm which is too much for this tiny crystal cross but I keep it to myself. I've seen some negative reviews but if the clasp breaks I think it's worth fixing without complaining. Thanks!

Broke after 2 weeks.

When the necklace arrived my husband was thrilled. Exactly what he wanted. But the clasp broke and the chain broke in less than a month. Tore off. I'm so mad I can't give it back.

Poor workmanship

I had to pay $70 to have my new chain repaired because there were "MANY" areas in one section that were about to break. I was lucky it broke while I was sleeping so it was easy to find. it would have been a very dear loss, given the locket that was on the chain. Check your new item carefully!
