Works great and takes up almost no space in your luggage. The water gets hot very quickly. With hotels no longer offering coffee or tea in the rooms, this was a lifesaver.

I was very satisfied with this product. I wanted something small that wouldn't break while camping/travelling. It heats water quickly, is compact, lightweight and easy to pack. I will be using it to make coffee and ready meals while we travel this summer with kids to hotels that don't have in-room coffee makers.

I like everything about this kettle except that it doesn't switch off automatically. I'm kind of a forget-me-not, that is, I forget I put the kettle on, I'll go and remember in an hour. I can't do it with this pot because it just won't turn off. If you don't mind keeping an eye on the kettle, that's a great touch!

The product name that states it is '110-220V Dual Voltage' is false advertising. The kettle came in a box with a tick for 110V only and a hole in the bottom where you could toggle between 110 and 220 was sealed with a sticker. Very disappointing - hope this doesn't confuse other buyers. EDIT - Seller updated listing to show 110v only.

I use this at home and bought it to minimize storage space. worth $. There is no temperature control, just on/off. Water boils fairly quickly - about a minute. The only negative I can say about it is that the lid has a large opening. Therefore, if you pour from it, the steam will rise and someone could get a steam burn if they are not careful. But as long as you keep that in mind when pouring, it's great!

Bought this for travel coffee making. So many hotels either don't offer vending machines or you have to queue to pay for an overpriced Starbucks. I was amazed how well it works. I poured cold water into it and it boiled in 11 minutes. Cons: No auto shut off or temperature control. Pros: Cheap, fast, easy to travel. a good coffee, a good cup, and when travelling, it's easy to make good coffee quickly.
