I liked the fact that the price was reasonable and it was delivered the day before my trip. After a few hours of use, the center pad fell off. The next day the fan came loose from the handle. I tried reconnecting but it cut the wires and stopped working. BUT WHAT DO YOU WANT FOR NINE BASUS? Thank goodness for a replacement part I found at Walmart. Florida is characterized by a kind of HEAT.
