- Nice design. Tripod mount available. Microphones are well protected from contact with surfaces. The battery compartment is organized better than that of "Olimpus" recorders, in which the cap is constantly under load and is guaranteed to break in the DM-650 models. Access to the deep customization menu by key combination, which somewhat insures against playful pens. Well-marked record button.
- Does not retain time settings when batteries are removed for several minutes. In automatic mode, the recording is worse than that of the Olimpus recorders. The connectors for connecting the USB cable are not very reliable, it can break. The set does not include a lanyard. Drains batteries quickly.
- I didn’t like much - it’s noisy, the built-in microphones are so-so, I have a cheap mm1 boya - the gun gives a much better sound.
- - AA batteries. This is the last century. Firstly, I don’t want to buy placers of these batteries, secondly, they can die at the most unexpected moment, it’s better to have a built-in lithium battery that can always be charged to the fullest; - it is noisy with a gain of 6 units, i. E. you can’t really record anything, there will be disgusting noises that need to be corrected at the post, and this greatly spoils the sound; - poor quality plastic - bad built-in microphones; - problems with SD cards. Firstly, the size is no more than 8GB, and secondly, cards from all manufacturers are not suitable.
- Good sound, very high sensitivity You can record voice and if the volume was set correctly, do without post-processing (voice acting, blogging)
- Bug with volume buttons Noises
- Good quality case Great sound with minimal noise An excellent device for recording from the buttonhole, as well as a USB microphone.
- Batteries. I would like a battery. To put on charge and everything is buzzing. And then you need to buy batteries. At what two little fingers. Well, a step back in time. By the way, if you use it as a usb microphone, then there seems to be no problem with the battery, as I understand it is powered by the network, well, or I didn’t understand something.
- Amazingly comfortable plastic, it's nice to hold in your hands. Compatible with action camera mounts through a 1/4" thread, I hang it situationally wherever I want. The sound is just like the old model. Sensitivity is adjusted both with a knob (much more convenient than buttons!), And auto-tuning. It can be fixed in a couple of meters and even a whisper catches comfortably for the listener. Works as a good quality external sound card. You can turn off the microphone sound transmission to the connected headphones, which is very good.
- Now you need 2 AAA batteries for power (the old model had one AA). When the stand / tripod is screwed in, the battery compartment cannot be opened, it must be unscrewed halfway.
- I advise you to learn how to use a normal recorder.
- The range could be more
- Recording quality, you can adjust the sensitivity of the microphone
- The body creaks
