Manual transmission bearing puller with three jaws for extraction of most shaft-fitted parts, including bearings, wheels, bushings, gears, and pulleys. Three-jaw construction ensures equal load distribution, secure hold, and concentric pulling action. Forged steel jaws for increased strength over investment casting. 5.25" (133 mm) reach and a spread range of 1 to 6.75 inches (25 to 171 mm) for increased pulling leverage. Tapered jaws can fit into snap ring grooves as narrow as 0.07".

Not Worth the Money

As a result of using this product, I found that it was very difficult to set up and use, with unclear instructions leading to wasted time and effort. On the plus side, it seemed durable, but with such a high price tag, it's simply not worth it for the average user.

Amazing Pullers: Pullers

They're expensive but strong and work great! After struggling with traditional 2 and 3 jaw pullers I will never go back. They don't slip and are very well made. They're a bit heavy and can be tricky to handle, but once you've blocked them, you're done. The presence of interchangeable / replaceable sponges is a definite plus. I bought a few addons to have longer/shorter versions and they came in very handy. If you're rebuilding a manual transmission, they should be in your tool box. I have found

Unique design, excellent support.

I have a 2003 Toyota Corolla that is known to have premature bearing failure in a 5 speed transmission. I decided to do the job myself and bought the TJ-2 because it was the only puller I could find to grip bearing grooves in this price range. Unique design and very durable construction. That's right, according to the advertisement, he pulled out a bearing in 3 minutes. I was surprised. Oddly enough, I found that the smaller 2.3" bearing resisted this puller design, and after just a few turns…
