I plugged this cable in first, but there was no picture from the TV. I thought it was a cable issue, but it's not. You can only lay the cable in one direction. entrance to exit. Works as intended when installed in the correct orientation.

I would give this 5 stars other than the fact that although the indicator says it is directional and needs testing, there should be some sort of directional marking on the cable. There must also be documentation in the package confirming the need for a directional check. The rest works as it should over long distances.

Anytime you try to use an HDMI cable longer than 25 feet, you start to worry about the video quality. This was used in a church for a large production screen from the back to the projector. Video Call The quality was excellent as was the picture, there was no signal tracking. I would even recommend this for a professional setup.

I returned one thinking it was coincidence but the second one was defective as well. Both cables flickered really badly, 1080p was mostly ok, but when I ran 4k 30fps from my PC to my TV in the living room it would cut out, sometimes it was only once a minute but there were spikes where it was once in a few seconds was .
