Shuts down repeatedly which may corrupt data on hard drive

The name says it all. This hub shuts down all the time, be it due to a power outage or what, I'm not sure, but sometimes I get 8-10 notifications during the day for every connected drive with data that it was mistakenly disabled. This is dangerous if you want to preserve data integrity on attached external drives. Unfortunately it was too late to bring it back by the time I realized what was going on. I will not buy any more fish.

I have two of these and now they are both useless to me.

Don't worry when you buy a new computer with USB3 or higher. I have two and they never worked. I figured since they have a power adapter they would do a good job of powering my new USB devices. The keyboard could not be made to work. KEYBOARD! My mouse is also buggy. Tried on my MacMini (M1), same problems. So I had to buy new hubs and they work great. Now I have them and they are garbage. So I'm SO disappointed.

Easy access for multiple devices

Product arrived in good condition and was a simple plug and play device. Good, solid workmanship paired with value for money, since other devices with more than four USB ports were significantly more expensive.

OK This device doesn't live up to the description but it's a great little device. The USB cable is said to be 4.9 feet long, while mine is just over 34 inches long. No problem for me, that's enough. My only suggestion for the manufacturer is to add a few more charge-only ports. This would make it the perfect addition to a computer or security desk. Especially since most Blu-ray and DVD add-on drives are external and some require extra power to play movies. Just a suggestion, no answer. Overall,

Great multiport USB hub!

Easy to set up and use. Before connecting, make sure you are logged into the PC/Laptop to download the generic driver. The delivery was quick and correct. Very good seller to buy.

worked well until port problem

My product was working fine until one of the ports was disconnected and reconnected. I contacted the seller and since the warranty period was 18 months, they took care of me. Only 4 stars because the port died in the first place otherwise good product and customer service. If you leave a bad review because something doesn't work, please contact the seller before you leave it. They are more than willing to help.

A good data transfer device

First, this is primarily a data transmission device, not a power supply device. As you can see from the picture, it does a great job of regular speed wireless charging, but if you need a device to charge your phone, tablet and headphones, buy a multi-charger plug that plugs into the wall. This allows you to charge faster. However, it's perfect for what I need, a way to quickly and easily connect flash drives and allow others to access data on the fly. I also connect my Logitech mouse andโ€ฆ
