I like that it is easy to use when you are not familiar with software, as well as being able to see all of your files in one place. It can be slow at times, especially if there are multiple people working together. We have been using this for about 2 years now, and we haven't had any issues since then.
The only thing I dislike is that sometimes it takes longer than expected to load up. Also, in some instances, it doesn't always work properly, which is frustrating because it's so simple to use!
