Unwanted Product: Electric Door Lock

I am ordering a replacement for the original to be on the safe side as I am replacing the latch. The first one didn't fit and didn't work. I just got a replacement and it works. I would not refuse such products from this manufacturer. My original still works.

May work but I don't have it

Bought this part with a new handle. After replacing everything, putting it back together and closing the tailgate, it wouldn't open again. So after the accumulation I had to upgrade the mechanics and the problem was the new part. It went wrong. I hope to get a refund and send the item back.

Identical high quality actuator

This product was physically identical to the OEM actuator I replaced and works great. Has great torque and works great. If you're having trouble after installation, it's probably due to incorrect cable tension or lock alignment causing the drive to bind. No drive will work reliably with such problems.
