After using it once when trying to make yoghurt somehow the steam got into the window and condensation is visible on it as you see in the picture . He probably has an opening. He comes again!

It works well by sensing the internal temperature of the meat but if you leave it on the grill while it's cooking it will crack and become useless. Currently looking for another.

Very expensive compared to its cost. I have a few cuts of steak that the thermometer says are undercooked. In fact, it turned out to be about 10 degrees overcooked. Ruined my meal.

Ideal for Instant Read Thermometers! The last review did not receive this notice. I've been using it for over a year and make it at home. I just bought two more. One for work and one for home, just in case!

Everything seems to be there. I love how I can use the thermometer case to increase my range. The range is a little short, and part of me would prefer a digital readout, as I now realize that fast read time is also fast "unread" time: if you subtract it from what you're measuring, it falls off very quickly. But if that suits you, it's a great product at a great price.
