I have seen several versions of this game and this is the best. The storage case is spacious yet easy to use and store. The tiles are a good weight and the plastic tile holders hold the tiles securely and are clearly visible with ample space. The only reason I didn't give the set 5 stars is because the red and orange tiles are hard to see in low light. I would suggest replacing the orange color with a bright yellow.

I bought a Pressman Rummikub tin to replace the Pressman Rummikub set that comes in the box. The tiles in a can are larger and the colors are clearer. In my old set, it was sometimes difficult to tell the difference between black and blue tiles and between red and orange tiles. We don't have that problem with this set. In addition, the glass is beautiful and durable. On our other set, the cardboard was starting to wear out. Upgrading to a tin can was a good investment for us.

We play a lot of Rummikub and the old "painted" tiles wear out quickly from friction and handling. We changed them several times. I didn't want to take the recessed tiles because I was afraid that when we pulled them out of the bag we would "cheat" and "feel" the number. Actually it wasn't a problem. These tiles are durable and will last forever. The trays also hold the tiles more securely. The tin can is neither a plus nor a minus in my opinion, but we use it to store the kit and it certainly…

This is a replacement for a similar set that was sent to me as a gift - the first was defective, it had 3 of one tile and only 1 other tile. The tiles in this set are very beautiful - heavy, clearly marked and very easy to distinguish in colour. The shelf is no better than the other sets, and I'd like someone to design a more solid shelf - higher so nobody can see how many tiles each player has, and lower so the tiles can't be easily knocked off the shelves. I like this set as it comes in a tin which is very nice even on a bookshelf or something and I prefer this item as the numbers are embedded in the tiles. This is very good quality. I love this game, it's fun to play. Unfortunately the metal can it came in was completely shattered on one side. And one of the plastic trays inside even cracked. Unfortunately my husband and kids were dying to play the game and couldn't wait to ship it again (the website said it was out of stock).
