This is actually a good shower head. No, it's not metal, but it's not super cheap plastic either. It's very difficult to collect, especially if you don't know how to collect things. I make a living from it and the instructions still confuse me. But if you take your time and do it right, it's worth the money.

Ugh! I really like the look of it, but the rain shower head is so heavy that it keeps slipping off. It cannot be tightened enough to stay upright. If you barely touch it, the head will fall off and squirt water in the wrong direction. I will disassemble it for the third time, maybe the Loktite will help.

I was looking for a replacement shower head and I think I found it! The package included all the accessories needed for installation and it was so easy. What I like even more is the current and the pressure of the water. I'm afraid my shower will last longer now because I like it so much.

He likes to fall or move, you have to tighten it so tight the grommets like to fly out of position. I had to super glue the part that attaches to the tubing to the control knob because it wouldn't hold its head up and kept falling to the side. If it was designed that way and had better parts and attachments, that would be awesome! But unfortunately this is a great product, cheaply made and poorly designed!

We just installed this shower head. That wasn't easy at all, because in addition to the other items listed, we also received a yellow fixation. We thought for a while if it was just something extra because there is no picture in the manual. We assembled it but the arm extension that came with it was too flimsy to hold the shower head. For the amount I paid for this product I am very dissatisfied with it. This is a very cheap plastic material which made installation difficult due to concerns that it would break when tightened. When I finally got it installed properly, the big square head stopped standing! It's very tight and still falls off no matter what I do. Edit: After reading and studying the description carefully, especially the hand, not what came in the box. Also, I only have 4 washers as stated on the packaging but not in the instructions and the diverter is also different. Not sure if it matters but I didn't pay for a used product. I don't like that I spent a little over $50 on a product that I can't enjoy because of the shower head that came with it. heavy and doesn't hold up when you turn on the shower.
