Ribbon has a repeating pattern of different waterfowl, on an navy blue background, and is stitched into a 1 1/4 inch wide, navy cotton web backing. Ribbon has a "soft gloss" sheen to it. Leather tabs. Brass buckle. Made in the USA. Sizing Information: Select belt size 2 inches longer than your pants waist size. When the waist is an odd size, increase the belt size by 3 inches.

Not true; Ordered twice; initially too small; the second is too big.

I liked the product. Wouldn't recommend this seller though. The replacement window will close before the size issue can be resolved. I tried to contact the seller directly but he didn't reply to my message. I'm stuck with a belt that doesn't fit.
