You can't see them but I use these as a way to make fake breasts. That is not the intended purpose obviously but it works great for it. They are thick and very well made. My only problem is that they are a bit slippery than other pads I've used so they get out of position quickly. But again the way I use them was not the intended purpose. An awesome product and I definitely recommend it.

As a breast cancer survivor who decided to go flat after my mastectomy, these pads have been a way for me to feel comfortable in my new body. They fit into my bras and bathing suits and give a very natural look while still being super comfortable. I have also done some light swimming with them without any issue.

These bra inserts are amazing! Very soft and easy to use. The best part for me is their shape, as you age, your breasts begin to sag, these inserts help a lot with that issue. Also delivery was very fast. Nothing negative about this product.

I'm so happy with these inserts, it makes such a difference to have them shaped correctly! Each pair has a clearly shaped left and right side - not labeled but you can definitely tell which is which. I didn't need to trim these down but you could certainly do that without destroying them. I used these for my bathing suits because sometimes when you order from sites without being able to try the suit on it comes in with cheap inserts. I bought these to wear on family vacation and loved them! I will be a return customer!

I have some True &Co bras that have teardrop pads but I wanted a little more volume so I ordered these. I'm a 30D and the mediums work well though I think the smalls could have also worked. The pads are very soft with a little extra padding on the sides.

Very light weight and comfortable! I used these inserts in a mastectomy bra instead of the heavy silicone insert. Causes discomfort with prolonged use!
