Great tool designed by people in retail

They have a great product that is easy to use. I like that they will call my business and ask about what we do, how our products are priced etc. This helps me as an owner of the business to know what pricing would be best from a customer's perspective. We also love that they will send out an email once a week with new product suggestions and price changes. Sometimes they don't send these emails so if this happens be sure to check. Pros

  • Easy interface/easy website navigation system
  • Email alerts sent weekly helpful!
  • Ability To add discounts or coupons in various ways (product type)
Cons
  • Not always able get calls back after being called by their sales reps.
  • Some items may require more than one rep calling us which can take time getting

So far we've been using this software for about 3 weeks now and so far really impressed!!

I like that it is very simple to use, with no hidden fees or costs so far! It's also easy enough if someone who isn't super tech savvy can figure out how things work (but they should be able learn pretty quickly). The support team has been great as well - always quick at responding via email when there are questions about something we don’t quite understand yet but will look into further once an issue arises later down in our process flow/pipeline of tasks etc., which helps us feel more…

  • Very responsive customer service rep whenever any new problems arise after usage

  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
