I was just about to replace some of the white rails on my brown doors. I haven't installed them. In any case, the white guides should be replaced with two screws in each guide. There was no practical way to replace them with this guide without ruining my hardwood, so I couldn't use it. However, I see nothing wrong with the instructions and the price is right.

When we moved into the 56 year old house the floors and doors were changed to vinyl and the closets wobbled dangerously in and out as there were no sliding floors. I remember these types of cabinets when I was a kid and was happy to find these door panels at Revain. They're plastic, so I don't know how long they'll last, and they're short, so I found someone who used shims or extra pieces of vinyl to "raise" the rails high enough off the ground to allow for them the doors they can hook. I wanted something as strong as metal but couldn't find anything color (brown) to match my floor so I ordered this brown plastic rail and for the price I figured if it doesn't work, it can't hurt. Well, even though it's plastic, it's not flimsy at all. It works great, the color is great just like the picture and it goes perfectly with our hardwood floors so no one notices it's there!
