Product was easy to install

Received on time and as described. The item was easy to assemble. Later: Disintegrated within 6 months. Luckily it was cheap.

Bought this damn thing LESS THAN A MONTH AGO and it's already broken! POOR material quality + POOR workmanship = USELESS POS!

Cheap junk with a plastic button.

I needed to replace the latch/handle on my parents tailgate and ordered this as a replacement. Lasted 2 weeks before it broke. It's very cheaply made. The snap and plunger are plastic and tend to stick to the right length even with a cut. I tried everything to get it working better but it took 2 weeks and broke completely and I had to order another replacement this time with all the metal parts and this one works very well. This is cheap junk. I would recommend avoiding this and buying…

The holes for the handles weren't machined properly making it unusable. The second needs to be configured to do it.

This product is poorly made. The first one that was delivered had the finger holes machined improperly and was therefore unusable. The second one needs tweaking to make it work > Luckily I am; (make something out of nothing, do-it-yourselfer): I got it for this purpose, but would not recommend it to anyone even for the cheap price.
