If you slam the door and poke a hole in your drywall or whatever might be in front of the door you're going to be mad not to get one of these things to hide things.

This worked great to cover up damage to the wall when my 2 year old slammed the door so hard the drywall broke. I had no problem removing the backing from the strap.

There are several of them. Protects the wall from doorknobs. More functional, durable and unobtrusive than those little springs on the skirting board. They take color very well. They do what they're supposed to do at a great price.

If you have a problem with a door knob causing holes in the wall, this is what you need! This is more than some of the main ones you see. Very easy to install! I haven't painted mine over yet, but it looks like it could be painted over.
