A good thing! for internals

I've been using PrimoChill ICE for a while. Although it was the first time I got lucid, and now I prefer lucid. The colored species always lose most of their coloring after a short time. A clear cannot have this problem because he is a clear. Using it with PrimoChill colored tubes is a great option. The tube looks great and you don't have to worry about the liquid losing its colour. Now I use your red tube of clear liquid instead of the clear tube of red liquid. The liquid never looked as red…

Can't recommend - the color fades very quickly

After 2 weeks of use, I noticed that the intensity of the color was fading somewhat. After a month this became evident as the coolant was almost clear; And no, I'm not exaggerating. It appeared a bit red due to the pollution of the tank and the block. The GPU block shown in the image after several water washes. Funny thing is I used a PrimoChill system reset to flush out the paint left in my loop because I was too lazy to rip it all off, but almost immediately after. After putting it in my…

If you like algae in your coolant, this product is for you!

Although this PC Ice product claims to be a ready-to-use coolant with all antimicrobial additives, this turned out to be a flat lie. I used this coolant in my water circuit rebuild as part of a system upgrade 10 months prior to this review. I have previously used Fluid XP+ (have used it between flushes for years) and have never had an issue with algae in my coolant. After using this product for 10 months I had to take my system apart to remove algae growing on the pipe, tank and block. Oh, and…

Broken too quickly!

The only reason it gets two stars is because it cools pretty well and looks good when I first put it in. That's where the good ends because this coolant hasn't even been in my PC for a month and it's already starting to crack! It has changed from a nice deep red to a very pale red and is on the way to pink. I also see the dye peeling off and dust flowing through my body. I will admit that there are some fairly hot components in my system that can cause the coolant to fail faster, so I usually…

Super low temperatures, very bad spots!

Overall you get good temps and the color looks really great when the pump is running but the bad side of this coolant is that it will stain your components! I washed my loop 2 days ago and literally had to redo my loop, the tubes I used were stained to the point where I couldn't reuse them because the stain wouldn't go away. My radiators were so soiled with stains that I had to flush them about 30 times and pre-treat my pump for about 24 hours or more to allow the stain to clear the radiators…

It took a year for Gunk/Growth to show up.

After thoroughly cleaning my hinge with Mayhem's Blitz, I tried two bottles of this coolant as it was fairly cheap. Obviously this was a mistake; In the year that I've used it I've developed some sort of algae and chemical debris that fouls the clear tube and reservoir. Who knows what a mess it made in the heatsinks and processor unit. We need to disassemble the whole thing and do another general clean.
