I had a lot of fun doing my first cross stitch. I think it turned out really nice. My only mistake was that I used 3 threads when sewing in reverse (contours) instead of 2 as recommended. This meant I ran out of thread to circle all the stems and leaves. I will be purchasing more and hopefully be able to adjust the color to complete the project. The instructions were easy to follow. This is the first cross stitch I've done since I was a child and I finished it in about 5 weeks, which was longer than I expected, but unexpected difficulties made it interesting . I love the finished product. If you are ordering an item with an outline, be aware that there will be reverse seams and you will need to follow the pattern/count a bit.
