The best thing about this product is that it can be used in any location, anywhere in the world. It's very easy to use and one of the best features is the security. I like that I can print from my phone to any printer in the house, and it's easy for everyone to use. The app is not very intuitive for people who are new to using it. Also, when you're using a wifi network, there isn't always reliable connectivity. A few of our printers don't work with this service. I like that you can do all of your printings from anywhere at any time! It's easy to share files with clients, use it in conjunction with our website for online ordering or just have them available if they need some extra copies. You don't really get support when using this service out-of-the box unless there is an actual issue (i.e., not simply 'it didn't work'). I like that it is easy to use, has many features for different types of printers (both networked/local), can be accessed remotely via web browser or app as well; also very flexible in terms where you place your printer so if there's an error with one location then others are still available - no need at all!
