Will never buy again

Bought several different similar items. This was by far the worst for the setup. It had a sticky back and spraying water didn't help much.

Hard to reach outside the folds

Hard to reach outside the folds. The view out of the window is blocked by small faces and other faces, although we followed the installation instructions.

Not as much privacy as I expected

Easy to install. The windows have been darkened but not tinted for complete privacy (during the day). At night the windows (inside the house) are tinted like a mirror - which I wasn't expecting but I already knew that you can see through the windows at night with the lights on, only very disappointed during the day when there are no lights on which Curtains are open and my neighbors are still staring at our house.

Instructions for applying glass failed

The film did not stick. I cleaned my window diligently and followed the instructions on using baby shampoo solution to clean and sticking the film on. After two attempts there is no liability. After 2 days, the film completely detached from the glass. I went to You Tube for instructions and will try a third time. The seller's instructions were followed. Seriously, it might be best to have this professionally installed.

This is a great product. It is as advertised. I am very happy with this purchase.

Great product. It's amazing how something so simple and inexpensive can make such a big difference to a living space. This keeps the room cool because it reflects the sunlight/heat and makes the room very private (I used to close the curtains during the day for privacy but now I can leave the curtains open all day). I highly recommend this product and will buy it again for other windows and doors.

Climb around corners

So it's a good vinyl. Only use on single pane windows. DO NOT use on double glazed windows. Also, it's vinyl, so it scratches. I was happy with the installation, the quality seems much better than others I've tried. The problem is that after a few days the corners started to rise. I took every precaution during installation. I've tried fixing the corners to no avail. eventually got frustrated and removed the foil as the corners continued to go up. I'm not sure if it was operator error, but…
