Absolutely terrible product when used with Apple Pencil. The stylus leaves marks all over the device, and "privacy" is minimal at best. If you sit at a 45 degree angle it won't do anything.

Good but not what I wanted

Overall a good quality product. I especially like it when using the Apple Pencil, it feels like paper but I feel the screen looks a lot worse and at an angle doesn't cover the screen as much as other glass screen protectors but in comparison to a good product.

I would not recommend

Definitely not suitable for iPad 12.9. The screen protector is too big and looks like plastic, not like glass. But it's definitely a privacy screen. You might think that a screen protector is supposed to help prevent screen cracks, but that's not the case (at least for me). The screen of my iPad is cracked, but absolutely nothing happened to the protective film? I will only use a glass screen protector as it did absolutely nothing for my iPad.
