This is a great product for professional events! However, the wheel only rotates in one direction (counterclockwise) without impact. It doesn't matter how it's composed. I have to post a sign that says "spin ⬅️" because people automatically want to spin it the other way. Besides, it's a great tool.

This product was useless Parts would not assemble, screws didn't fit the base and the instructions were the worst instructions I have ever seen. I had to throw it away. Note that they do not accept returns but amzkm refunded my money and told me to just throw it away if not used.

This item was purchased for use at our local County Fair. I thought the prize wheel would attract customers and I loved that it had changing faces and it seemed to come with lots of accessories. I was absolutely disgusted when I opened the box and this is the first clue I saw. The manufacturing process of this item should be better controlled.

My daughter slept well on her birthday and wanted this spinner to help her choose different activities for the day/evening. The girls loved it! Especially the colorful spinning wheel. It's a bit expensive so I'm hoping to use it for more classes or in our school for different functions to get my money's worth over time. He is well built/strong.
