Great product, shipping was quick and mounts worked on my 2003 cr85rb expert. Had to use the top of the old mount as a spacer/riser between the pro cone mount and the original mount to prevent the bolts from coming out the bottom before tightening, but once you figured that out the installation was a breeze.

I forego 2 inch risers to fit Ram Ball for GoPro, GPS etc. You are solid. Well made and attractive. It was a little disappointing to switch from 2" risers, but they are better made and have fewer potential points of failure. I guess I just have to get used to them, that's all.

Just installed and they're great. Glad I chose the Pro Taper over the cheap one I was considering. Great quality but made in Taiwan. The package opened like a return. No trace of pre-installation. No stickers are included which is disappointing.

Great product for expanding your handlebars from 7/8" to 1 1/8". are. Adapter. They will not fit every rod size you have. It is "universal" because it can be used with any top clamp with built-in mounts for a set of 7/8" handlebars. It's "universal" because it doesn't depend on the make and model of your bike, they fit all top triple clamp mounts with integrated handlebar mounts.
