Terrible. These things are so thick it's not even funny. I followed the directions and they fit my teeth but there is so much material you can't even shut your mouth. Takes up so much space in the mouth that vomiting occurs. They are also not so easy to try to reduce them. The universal guards are huge too. Don't waste money. Very disappointing.

The plastic is too thick to wear the top and bottom at the same time for teeth whitening. Thick ones can protect your mouth well when you only wear one but can't close your mouth comfortably. Definitely not for those with TMJ. Cannot fit snugly on teeth. For three of the four parts, one side shrank more than the other side when heated.

Bought these trays for home whitening. The top tray is well shaped and I am happy with the top tray. There are 4 bowls in the pack. I used 3 mouthguards trying to cast my bottom teeth but nothing came of it. So I have a top tray that works fine and 3 useless bottom trays. I've followed the directions, but haven't been able to effectively "suck" all the air out of the bottom shell, so the bottom shells don't form well and stay in place. Very good for my upper teeth but not for my lower teeth.

They are great and easy to use. I've tried other brands before and had trouble with the molding process. I was able to stick it on my upper teeth as an overnight backup and it couldn't be easier. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great product at a great price.

I have small teeth. It's easy to follow the steps to shape it and works well for gels. But the material is thick and too bulky. It is difficult for me to completely close my mouth with the top piece and impossible with both pieces.

The process of molding them onto my teeth was quick and easy. 10 minutes to make the top and bottom molds. No trimming is needed for my medium sized mouth. Just follow the included instructions. I've used them to whiten my teeth and they work great. Much better product than I expected for the price.

I followed the instructions very carefully and they were quite detailed. It worked as said. I bought them for whitening. I have to whiten the top and bottom separately as the mouthguards don't fit well in the mouth. A tray is great though and if I needed it for sleeping to avoid chafing it sure would be comfortable and would work for that too. It comes with a nice tray case and two sets of trays which can come in handy if you screw up one or need another for someone else.

Very happy with this whitening kit! The spoons are soft and flexible to fit a variety of mouths. The gel is nice and thick and stays on your teeth for as long as you want.
