I brought Proactive from here a few months ago and was pleased with the quality of what I received. The bottle looked like all my previous bottles. I ordered here this month and the bottle I received was completely different from my last one. It smells different and I'm not sure if I should use it because I'm not sure if the bottle is full. Very disappointed with the results. Although I hoped and tried to believe it was doing something, my skin problems got worse and the cleanser didn't help at all. I've made numerous attempts to get some satisfaction from the company and they don't mind the lack of results I've received. I wouldn't buy it again and think it's a gamble to expect positive results in advertising.

I used to buy it on a subscription basis through Proactiv, but their complicated payment structure and kit-only approach just got too big. I really like this particular product so was happy to see I could purchase individual items from Revain instead of having to drive 30 miles to a Proactiv kiosk. This product was a scam - not a real deal. And I looked at the labels on the caps of my other ProActive bottles of the same product from the guys at ProActive.com and noticed a small difference that is imperceptible! My daughter got facial flushing immediately and now we have to spend more money and also try to recover from the fake product. Don't say what's inside.

The goods came quickly, but the product itself is not what we are used to. I thought we would save time and money by buying Revain laundry detergent but I'm not sure if the product has been in the sun too long or is stale but it smells like mayonnaise and not the usual Proactiv smell , which we use . k.
