I used to have an old Nike model that was great and I can't find a replacement. I thought it might be one but it's too cheap and flimsy.

The device is very thin and thin. A golf ball thrown directly at the "cup" rolls in one direction and flies out in the other. not properly designed and a cheap fake of the real deal.

Maybe my green is too fast, but I haven't had time to get the ball in the cup yet. He just runs through the back barrier, even if he's moving slowly, until he gets to the cup.

This is a flimsy applicator that works great and doesn't cost too much. Aluminum is thin but not too thick. You may need to bend the tongues a bit to absorb harder hits. never mind

I bought this bowl for my husband, he is very happy with it. He had one years ago that was heavier, but this one works well. He uses it on carpet so it stands up well. If you plan to throw it in the trunk of your car, it may not last.

I couldn't decide whether to go with the aluminum version or the plastic version. The plastic version felt too thick and could constrain the ball on impact. The aluminum version is very low to the ground and the ball rolls easily around the edges. The problem is that they bend very easily. I keep mine in the trunk of my car and take it to work. There's a knock in the trunk and I have to keep bending the parts to get them back into shape. If you don't want to move it in a heap, go with aluminum.
