I liked that it allowed me to be in touch with my customers through all levels of our organization without having to go back and forth between departments or even offices. The user interface was not intuitive for some users at first but they got used to it quickly enough. It also helps us keep track of inventory throughout out different facilities which is very important when you have multiple locations. It has been a great experience working with the team at ProALPHA. Our customer success team has been very instrumental in our success. They are always available to help us with any question or issue. Sometimes the interface can be a little confusing. But that is a small inconvenience for such a great product. I would highly recommend proALPHA to anyone looking for a great ERP solution.
