Perfect! best in Hot Pots

We tried it for the first time on Shabbat, the water was very hot and much better than what we had. highly recommended. great price for!

Pros
  • Heat-resistant lid, handles and spout for safe handling and serving.
Cons
  • So far so good

Handles keep breaking

Urn works very well. The water is hot, has a large capacity and looks beautiful. Big negative: This is the second urn in 2 years that I have had corroded screws on the top handles (which hold the lid in place) and the handles have broken off with normal use. I would look for other urns that are more reliable.

Pros
  • Insulated double wall stainless steel water tank with built in water level indicator
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

Large hot water tank

This hot water tank is pretty much everything I wanted. It's double-walled stainless steel. It's huge, 65 cups. However, there are 2 things that surprised me. First, when the device reheats the water, it's quite noisy. Secondly, the water level goes down pretty quickly even if you don't use that much water. I think every time it boils again some of it evaporates. However, despite these two downsides, I think it was a great purchase and way better than urns with pumps that stop pumping and areโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Hidden "Turbo Boil" heating element system keeps water super hot from the first cup to the last
Cons
  • Reliability
