It's nice to be able to create your own RFQs and RFPs. I like being able to track my RFQs and RFPs. There are many different ways to organize your RFQs and RFPs but it can get confusing. I wish there was an easier way to keep track of what I have created and which ones I have submitted. It would also be great if I could see exactly how much money I am saving by using this system.
I haven't found anything that I don't like about Procurement Power so far. I have realized that we have been able to
Pros
Many options for creating, managing & trackingRFIs
Easy interface with multiple views (list view
PDF style layout)
Great help manual included easy reference guideCons : Some features require additional setup or knowledge
The best thing about procurement power is its ease of use and simplicity in terms of implementation. It's also good if you are looking at using it as an add-on solution so your current system can be used. I dislike proc power because it doesn't have enough functionality to do what we need. We're still working with our old ERP tool which has more features but isn't user friendly or scalable.
If you want to implement this product, make sure you understand exactly how much time you will spend…
Pros
This made purchasing easy even though most people didn’t know anything else than Microsoft Excel when they started out! There were plenty of resources available online too – both free videos/articles & paid courses via Udemy by experts
It's simple interface makes it user friendly when you have limited knowledge about procurement process which can be quite overwhelming if not done correctly from first time buyer perspective.
I would like more options in terms of filters so as we could narrow down our search results faster than using drop downs or text boxes.
Make sure your organization has an internal team who will guide you through this whole journey with clear instructions on how things work at every level within the org…
