I like that it is easy enough so even though you are not technically savvy, anyone can use this software without difficulty or worry about technical issues when using their computer in another country (ease-of access). The UI could be better but there's nothing wrong with how things look at first glance either! The greatest benefit is having all my products organized in one place, so I can easily see when each feature will be released by checking where it falls in relation with other projects. It also allows me to share documents within our organization at any time which makes collaboration easier than ever before! I like that it allows me to see all my requests organized in one place, and see how they're progressing through the different stages. It's also nice that I can see my team's progress as well. Sometimes I have to manually add new items to the board once they've been created, which is sometimes not intuitive. I wish there was a way to see more than just the top 10 or 15 items at a time.
