This item arrived quickly and came with quality shrink wrap. We are happy with this purchase and it has performed its function well.

I never understood how to use the small tool handle. What I really didn't like is that not all roles spin in the same direction and I'm not good at doing new things. I like a good tight package and that little detail adds minutes to the package. Also, cardboard pins don't have a "stop" at the end that forces you to hold the reel a certain way or you'll drop it. The bottom line is that these roles are not very flexible when it comes to winding play, and neither am I, of course.

I received 14 of 16 but I'm pretty sure the box broke during shipping through no fault of their own. They offered a partial refund which was excellent. (I didn't want to mess with the return to get 2 more). Please note: the photo shows the beautiful red plastic handle on each roll, but these rolls only have the cardboard tube (which the plastic is wrapped around) pulled out. above it, so basically a 9 inch cardboard tube.
