Excellent customer service, always available to help and extremely quick assistance

I like everything but mainly how easy it is for us (and our clients) to get in touch with them at any time via chat or email! It has made my job so much easier by allowing me access 24/7 from anywhere I am working - even when traveling out-of state etc., which used be impossible before they started offering this service!! The customer support team are amazing as well. Nothing really comes up too often regarding issues we need resolved quickly; however if there was anything needed attending…
