Just received and already installed. While I really like the quality of the material, it looks and feels the same as the original ear pads. The installation was a bit difficult for 2 reasons, the brochure is tiny. It's great for saving money and resources, but they basically took an 8 1/2 x 11 book and shrunk it down to 2 x 3.
