Purchased 09/30/2021 with return date 11/03/2021. I really liked Fen. Lightweight, easy to use, dries hair quickly. I liked it so much I just recently threw away a lovely box and she left thinking I didn't need it for a return. However, this morning the heating element wasn't heating up like it used to. Changing the settings didn't help. It just gives off cool air that most people know doesn't work with styling or timely preparation. Very disappointed! Is there a return option?
