I am a beautician and need a 1/2 inch flat iron.

I am a beautician and need a 1/2" flat iron. When I bought them they worked maybe 3 months. Then it didn't get that hot, then everything worked together after less than 6 Months no more. Full waist of my money!

bad brand? in straighteners

Initially this iron worked great but after about a few months of use the temperature got stuck at a very high temperature which burned the hair! I've avoided this brand ever since.

5 months later. Best in Straighteners

Received May 2017, died October 2017. For a professional tool, it wasn't finished with the endurance. He did a great job straightening his hair but died less than 6 months later. Unacceptable.

Never again! - Iron

The photo is deceptive about the type of plates. I thought I would get rounded beveled plates but they are flat and square which leaves more definition in the hair and also inefficient for actually curling the hair. The plates do not grip the hair well. I want my money back!

Liked the size in hair care

Red ink from plates smears through hair. Love the size but hate it! Nice concept for short hair, but unfortunately not a great product.
