I was very unhappy with this automotive accessory for my RV. It was marketed as weatherproof, but it failed to hold up during a recent outing .The connector was difficult to attach and came loose multiple times causing power interruptions. The only pro was that it was easy to install. However, that doesn`t make up for the significant con of it not being weatherproof. I do not recommend this product..

Product works. But it requires a 2 7/8 hole saw to mount it on the side of the car. Unfortunately, places like Home Depot or Loews don't sell crowns this size. Butt size on both sides of it. 2 3/4 and 3 inches. Not 2 7/8. I spent time finding it locally. I ended up ordering a Milwaukee 2 7/8 bi-metal saw. And I'm glad I had a different size adapter stem so I didn't have to buy that one either. But I had to order it from Revain and wait for this delay. Not very happy with the quality/durability…
