Worthless Card Reader for Computers

after trying this product, I was sorely disappointed. While it is advertised as supporting USB 3.0 and dual slot capabilities, it failed to properly read my memory cards and would often disconnect from my computer. The only positive aspect of this product is its compact size. However, its unreliable performance makes it not worth the purchase..

Works great and gives high transfer speeds

I am using this for a tablet/laptop without an SD card reader. My typical transfer speed is around 200MB/s (when connected to a USB 3.0 port) and I'm very happy with it. I tried two more cards in the reader, but so far it has more than met my expectations. The only minor complaint is that the clear plastic/acrylic USB port cover is quite difficult to snap/remove. I'm afraid I'll break it, but for now it's thick enough to hold. I couldn't get it here and it was purchased from my local camera…
