Clumpy, Smudgy Disaster of a Mascara

When I tried this product, I was severely disappointed. The mascara went on clumpy and caused my lashes to stick together in a mess .Throughout the day, it smudged and left me with raccoon eyes. The only positive was that it was EASY to remove..
