This is a far cry from the quality of horsehair nozzles you can buy at a vacuum shop. I think you "pay for what you get". This is a cheap product.

turning is not necessary when turning is not necessary, but there is no function that can only be changed after receiving a large quantity.

Cons - Heavy, pushes more dirt than my previous hard surface nozzle, doesn't connect to the floor due to the bristles and doesn't have the same suction as the other nozzles, not as good on carpets (I have to push hard while bending the bristles to get full suction. Wouldn't order again. Pros - Doubles as a broom for under chairs and with large debris, is long and has a wide suction area, no the worst in the world.

No need to change plugs if the adapter is no longer required, but there is no feature that can only be changed after a lot of money.

Takes very good care of our new hardwood. The horsehair bristles are soft and well positioned for maximum particle pick-up. However, understand that "business" is moving forward. The reverse stroke is good, but the forward stroke actually works best. All in all, this tool is fantastic.
