I really like the fit, feel and color of this case. The only problem I had was with wrapping that has to be removed. If you don't have fingernails, it could be challenging. You have to very carefully scratch the area around the camera hole and lift the wrap, it is on both sides of the case. I appreciate the packaging, but perhaps there could be a tab to pull to start the removal. I also like the small holes at the bottom for a wrist strap, hopefully it will prevent me from dropping my phone…

The case fits well and looks great! The case being clear shows the phones color and doesn't distract. All of the required openings and ports are located correctly. The only complaint I have is with the dust cover on the charge port. It got in the way and was a pain to remove each time I wanted to charge the phone. I ended up cutting it off. The 3.5 mm jack port dust cover is okay, since I don't use it as often. I recommend this case.

Great case that doesn't hide the phone or make it too bulky. I've dropped it several times on hard surfaces and phone wasn't damaged. I did cut off the piece the could plug the charging port. Since this is clear, be sure interior is free of hair/dust/ smutz before you pop the phone in. (Dog household - thought there'd been no opportunity for hair to sneak in, but. :-)

Good case. Fits perfectly and it doesn't add a ton of bulk. I HATE having a case on my phone but after I destroyed my last phone, I decided to invest in a case. Thankfully, this one is not annoying at all. I paired it with a glass screen protector and I feel confident that the phone will take some abuse and be OK.Only weird thing is that because the back is clear, you'll often see dust and stuff that get's stuck between the case and the phone.

Very nice case. Doesn't seem like much meaning no bulk. It gives the phone added body easier to hold. It definitely protects. I dropped in water and the case saved the case water from going in ports. It does not cover screen so I am trying to learn to lay phone face down. It has elevation to it so that the screen does not touch and will protect if something were to day on it. I ended up purchasing another for friend's phone like mine and they too are very pleased.

After years of using an iPhone and finally giving up on Apple products, I bought this phone and I really like it. When I consider the price and functionality of this phone compared to my iPhone, well there is no comparison. As for customer service, I haven't had a need for it with Motorola so I can't speak to it. My experience with Apple customer service is for another posting. In the end, this phone is fantastic!

It's kept my motorola moto g5 plus safe for several months now. With it being clear, you can see the dust/lint/dirt that gets between the cover and phone. The plugs that keep it water resistant tend to come open on their own but it isn't too bulky.

Love it. I tried another phone case first but had to trash it. This feels nicely made, looks great, and doesn't make my phone feel awkward. The only weird thing is that there is a hard to peel clear sticker on both sides of the back panel which is tricky to peel off if you don't have nails. But that's really not a big deal and it prevents lint from getting trapped in the clear case when you put your phone in it.

This is a decent case, I gave it a 4 due to the fact that I was expecting something a little more substantial I guess. I think as long as my girl is gentle with her phone this will be alright - not sure it'd be my first choice if I had to do it over. But agin, decent product for the price.

This Ringke model offers everything one would want from a phone case. It is sturdy, offers good protection from drops and shocks, and feels comfortable and secure in the hand. This is as on point as I was looking for in any slim phone case. The edges are a nice cushiony and grippable TPU material and the back is a solid clear plastic. This is perfect for putting photos or other decorations to give it a custom flair. Also, previously, I've gotten the full TPU slim covers - while also simple and functional, they do darken and fog up over time. Also the buttons on this case are well aligned and unlock other cases, this one, you can actually feel the click of the button.

Was a good case. I use it for a few months with no issues, until one day that i saw that the acrylic back fall of the rubber corner. I tried to apply glue with no luck. I need to say that the ports covers are good when new, after few months doesn't works very well. And the corners are very soft, be careful with sweaty or wet hands.

This case was a huge letdown. The reviews seemed very positive for the most part but this thing just feels terrible. It's not snug at the top of the phone at all, especially the upper left corner, which pulls away from the corner showing the chrome trim.
