Overpriced trick. Very bad quality. Only one of them can be used.

In theory this is a good set that can help you find the right thimble, but it's pretty obvious that only a fully closed thimble is useful. The more open ones are usually useless because they are not adjustable and very poorly made. For the price, this borders on cheating and I guarantee you will feel stupid buying it. Just learn how to make your own leather thimble, it will be way better than all the others I promise you.

Sharp edges - very disappointed.

Parts had sharp edges on the inside edges that touched fingers. I won't use it. Since I bought them to protect my fingers, I consider the sharp edges a complete failure. They were also on the small side, although in theory the backs could be opened wider to fit better. (I'm of average build and weight, with medium-sized fingers.) The larger size was too small for my thumb. I didn't play around with the size too much because the edges were so rough. I will not use them and the company does not…

Better than I expected

Very nice thimble set. I have somewhat thin fingers and the size selection suits me perfectly. There are two sizes of open thimbles so I can use them on different fingers depending on what I'm doing. The most pleasant surprise was the traditional thimble. It's sturdy, thick, well shaped, has an attractive Greek key pattern and fits just the way I like it. I've already added it to my sewing box. If you have large fingers the pair may seem a little small, and if you have very thin fingers the…

Lesson learned. I should have checked the return policy when trying to replace my lost thimble with types I had never tried before. I was drawn to this set because I love brass and they looked good on Revain. Forget copper. Three may be brass. These three were strong. Unfortunately, one pair is too strong to protect the nails to fit the shape of a finger (have square fingers?). not exactly my size to use. But the most disturbing is the fourth detail, the ring used when piercing the fabric with…

Not very good quality but worth a change if you are short on money

50/50 ok. 2 open-ended thimbles are a great idea, but they're particularly poor quality. The metal at the open end where the finger enters is slightly curved, which I could handle if it weren't sharp, but the edge isn't polished for simplicity. The dimples are of a satisfactory depth, so I sometimes use the larger of the two, the middle one. The thimble ring is fantastic. I probably use it more than any other thimble I own. I find it very easy to maneuver because it's so small and snug on your…
