Fingerprint reader not working, increased sensitivity as recommended and tried a second protector but still not gone, would buy another if I knew.

Fingerprint sensor not working, doesn't fit screen, doesn't seal edges well, front camera protector is same material as new phone.

2 protective plastic sheets arrived, one already torn. Installs one that hasn't been hacked. Installation was pretty easy. Despite following the instructions, I was never able to use the fingerprint sensor.

As others have written, the fingerprint reader area is always visible on the screen. What's even more annoying is that it doesn't actually work. Wouldn't recognize previous fingerprints, wouldn't recognize when I tried to add new ones (keeps saying press harder, try again, etc.).

I thought when I bought this that you would have to take the lid off almost every time you adjusted the volume or turned the iPod Shuffle on or off, but you can actually press the buttons with the lid closed - a pleasant surprise. The cover is easy to remove. It won't fall off when you move the device, but it's very easy to put on and take off. I see that as a plus but I can see it as a minus when used on young children.

This is an overall terrible product in my opinion. Marginal at best, as it still offers screen protection but falls short by all other standards. I have reset the fingerprint reader 6 times / 4 different fingers with screen protector and it never recognizes my fingerprint after it says "installed". The camera lens cover is useless as well as the flash will bounce off the clear plastic cover leaving you with garbage shots from one of the best cameras out there.
