Very handy size

I really like this form factor for my ESP32 projects - lots of space for ESP32 and peripherals. My last project was controlling stepper motors - and I was able to attach 4 stepper boards with an ESP32. Sharing the power rails on both sides was also very helpful - I used 5v on one side and 24v on the other - much appreciated!

Pros
  • Fits a lot
Cons
  • Almost never

Very nice, high-quality bread maker!

This is by far one of the best solder prototyping boards I've come across. Well cut with no random bits of fiberglass hanging around the edges. Overall very durable, with good consistent pads, tracks and plated through holes. An absolute joy to solder compared to the cheaper options I've tried. I will definitely be buying more of these as needed.

Pros
  • Quick change
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Well made breadboard. Same size/layout as plastic breadboard.

Well-made circuit board with exactly the same pinout as the plastic breadboard. Each row consists of 5 holes that share a common track. Positive and negative power series on both sides are connected. Makes it very easy to move a theme from one layout to something more robust/permanent. Board made of thick fiberglass and gold-plated rails.

Great ElectroCookie PCB great for projects

I've been using Teensy processors from PJRC.COM for about 7 years and before that I was doing Arduino projects with Arduino Uno. Typically use prototype boards like the ElectroCookie solder breadboards to create a microprocessor with a large number of connection points. I'm either doing it to experiment with the microprocessor spawning various specific sub-functions or maybe for a specific design. If I change my mind, I can remove the microprocessor and all devices attached to it and swap to a…
