Useful platform that allows you keep all eyes and ears open

Easy to use for both our staff members as well customer service personnel who are handling questions from prospective clients with new accounts opening up - especially when they're in an unfamiliar territory! Customer support is quick at responding; however it can be slow sometimes during peak hours of business (for example early morning or mid-week). Would like some options added where we could allow multiple users access without having them have their own login account/s--we would need one…

Great experience working and setting up Emarsys

The best part of this software is its ability to send out emails with pre-set templates which makes it very easy for us as an agency who are constantly sending mass email campaigns. It also has some great reporting features so we can see exactly what our clients have seen from their visitors. I dislike how difficult it was at first getting used to using all these new functions compared to other more traditional CMS's like Wordpress or Joomla! But once you get use to them they work well enough.

  • Ability To add video (embedded) into templated messages.
  • Easy integration between Vidyard Video Converter + Leadpages
  • SMTP capability allowing direct mailing without 3rd party service / provider, such mailchimp/mailgun etc

Very good system but not flawless at times

The platform is very easy to use with clear instructions for our employees who are new users of this software as well those already familiar with its usage or even non-IT staffs!The training provided by their team was invaluable in helping us understand how proviso works within minutes after receiving an access request from one of my customers during onboarding process!!I wish there were more advanced features available such as ability to add custom fields (this would be great). A must use tool once your site gets big enough

The ability to have our clients' visitors logged in automatically is very convenient for us as an agency! There are some limitations when it comes down specifically using their social media logins which can be frustrating at times if you need them from time-to-time or do multiple accounts/sites with different providers (i am looking @ Facebook). I would highly recommend this product because of its ease & convenience within being able manage all visits through one dashboard rather than logging…

Great resource with affordable pricing

I like that you can have multiple pages in one visit. This makes it easier to check things out without having to get off of the page. I dislike how much data is stored about me when I am on the website. It would be nice if they could just log my initial visit instead of storing so much information about me.
