I keep buying these little radios looking for good ones. I think I found it with Prunus. Not perfect, but better than most. What I like: portability, good signal reception, easy dialing, great antenna and very good noise. What could be improved: Selection accuracy, meaning some channels require a bit of tweaking before you lock the channel. This is a nice little radio suitable for the elderly, the young and everyone in between. It uses batteries that you can buy almost anywhere without having to access a USB outlet. There is a low battery indicator. Green light indicates correct station setting. On my radio, the volume control gave a hoarse signal at low frequencies at a very short distance. I bought this small transistor radio to check for AM power line interference which I believe is coming from a neighbor's house. I just take it and listen to the static noise.
