Great customer service & easy-to -use program

It works well with our CRM system and helps us pull data from other platforms into our system for analysis. I would like to see more integration between it and Salesforce. There are a few things that could be improved but overall it's very flexible and allows for customization as needed. We are using this product primarily to help keep track of our sales leads. Being able to pull data we need out of multiple applications and into one place so we can perform analytics about our contacts and…

Pros
  • The ability yo take information in various formats (Excel spreadsheets)and organize them all within your own personal account/database! Very easy way if keeping up to date records or creating databases specificially tailored towards what you want done specifically at any point during time period desired by user!! Also extremely helpful when trying maintain contact info etc.!!! Easy access via internet browser which saves alot oof money compared tp purchasing desktop
