It's a great tree... when it works. The problem is that it has 4 components (2 stems, 2 tips) and 3 out of 4 have failed in less than a year (with VERY little use we fire it up for a few evenings a couple of times a month). Of course they replace broken parts, but they want you to pay for it! I'm fed up with the replacement costs and the inconvenience of taking the tree down and putting it back up!
