Based on my experience, I would not recommend these shoes... While they do provide decent support and cushioning, the fit is very uncomfortable. They are too narrow and squeeze my toes, making it difficult to wear them for more than a few hours at a time. Additionally, the design is not very stylish or eye-catching. Overall there are better options out there for women's athletic shoes..

I read that Puma advised you to buy these shoes one size larger. I have made. And they are very tight, too tight to wear while working out. It was disappointing. But if you have a narrow foot I would try these. The bottom of the shoe is a little softer than my Nanos and a lot softer than my Nobulls. It was nice. I found the sole to be a bit sticky which is good for functional fitness training. The shoes appeared to be well made. The upper tongue can be warm, it's a kind of neoprene material…
